Conversely, the larger the number, the finer the sand belt. The sand belt number is specified as 36-40-60-80-100-120-150-180-240-320-400-600-800 #. Ku cut numbers are similar to domestic numbers, but the cutting force of Ku cut is much stronger and more suitable for domestic use.) Bull glue bonded sand: Cloth wheel+glue+sand particles, characterized by being very delicate and low in cost, but not wear-resistant. It can consume one layer of sand in an hour and requires manual sanding, resulting in high labor costs and time consumption


Polishing - hemp wheel, thread cloth wheel, cloth wheel, wind wheel, wool wheel (wool wheel is particularly fine and can be used for products with high requirements; products made of different materials also have differences compared to the polishing wheel used)


Process after surface treatment: equivalent to protective layer effect


Electroplating, baking paint, spray painting: iron, copper, aluminum (electroplating: adding chemicals, the product becomes hard, the quality changes, the color is lighter, a very thin layer)


Oil spraying and force application: Stainless steel may not undergo post-treatment, except for products with high requirements (oil spraying: with a heavy color and can cover some defects, but the product itself has no quality change, and the requirements for the pre process of oil spraying products are not as high as those for electroplating)


Anode=oxidation: only for aluminum products, with rich colors (such as lipstick covers)
